Terms of payment

When you book this trip you pay first only 30% from the total price. The booking is not binding before this payment is made. 30 days before the bookingday you pay the remanding of the full price. When you book the trip later than 30 days before the bookingday you directly pay full price.

Booking

When you book a trip with Arctic Life, and you have paid the first 30% from the total price you will receive an acknowledgement and more information.

Cancellation

If you cancel your trip earlier than 30 days before the depart you get the 30% repaid, except from 800 Sek in service charges, and possibly ordered airtickets. When you cancel the trip later than 30 days before the depart you don’t get a repayment.

Reservation

Arctic Life reserves the right to change the prices caused by rates of exchange, devaluation or other things that Arctic Life cannot influence.

Insurance’s

The buyer is self-responsible for his own insurance.Hunter insurance can be arranged by Arctic Life, and you must get one before the hunt starts.

Responsibility

Arctic Life has no responsibility according to economy, changes, delays etc. an account of weather conditions or things like that, that Arctic Life cannot influence.

Complaints

Possible complaints shall be made in writing, and be received by Arctic Life within 14 days after the trip.

Import/Export

To import weapons you need permission from the authorities. Arctic Life can help you to get the necessary documents and other permissions that you need for hunting in Sweden. Arctic Life can also help you with the permissions and licences that you need when you want to export trophy’s etc.
